- Flexibility: some enameled wire insulating varnish has good flexibility, can adapt to the bending and twisting of the conductor, not easy to crack or break.
Application: Enameled wire enamels can be applied to the wire surface by dipping, spraying or drop coating. Usually multiple layers are required, with drying and curing between each layer.
