Use steps

2, open the computer, start the testing equipment power switch, install the fixture, in the computer to adjust the software parameters of the testing equipment.

3, the correct device test piece, the selection of its fixture must be appropriate, according to the type of material tested to choose the fixture, test piece first clamped in the upper fixture, start the motor so that the fixture under the central linkage plate to lift the appropriate clip position clamping test piece, test piece clamping can not be under tension or pressure, so as not to affect the test results. If you want to install large deformation, the large deformation on the sliding block combined (the distance between the two clamps is 25mm by default), and then clamp the middle part of the specimen.

4、Before the test, adjust the upper and lower travel setting ring to the desired range of upper and lower limit position, so that the lower clamp to this range will touch the limit switch and stop.

5、Return all the display subtitles to zero and prepare for the test.

6、Start the testing equipment to make the beam fall to start the test, then start to display the test piece tension value, until the test piece breaks, the load to maintain the minimum value, record the value, remove the broken test piece, and then follow the above method to clamp the test piece and display the value, return to zero, then you can test again, if the test has been completed, please turn off the power.

Introduction of fixture

1、For general metal and non-metal specimens, the jaws of the fixture are in direct contact with the specimen, and are generally made of high-quality alloy structural steel, alloy high-carbon steel (or low-carbon alloy steel), cold working tool steel, etc., through appropriate heat treatment processes (quenching and tempering, carburizing quenching, etc.) to increase its strength, wear resistance, and sometimes also in the jaws of special steel inlay, or in the jaws of the surface spraying gold steel sand, etc.

2, for some small test force jig, and the specimen contact surface using sticky soft rubber, etc.. (For example: plastic film, fiber and other specimens clamping surface of the fixture.)

3, clip specific general use of high-quality medium carbon steel, alloy structural steel, through the appropriate heat treatment process to increase its mechanical properties. Sometimes in order to reduce the weight of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum alloy and special metals are also used. Sometimes also use casting structure (cast steel, cast aluminum, etc.)
