What types of wire machines are there?

Wire machines can be divided into various types depending on their use and processing methods.

1. Stripping machine: dedicated to stripping the outer skin of the wire, usually one or more layers of insulation can be stripped from the wire.

2. Wire cutting machine: used to cut wire or cable material into desired lengths, usually by setting the length and counting to achieve mass production.

3. Stranding machine: used to strand multiple strands of wire into a thicker wire, usually used in the manufacture of motors, generators and other equipment.

4. Twisting machine: used to twist two or more wires or cable materials together, usually applied in the manufacture of wire bundles, optical fibers and other products.

5. Winding machine: used to wrap fine wire around the wires of electronic components, motors, transformers and other equipment, usually with a high degree of automation.

6. Welding machine: used to weld the end of wire or cable with terminal or connector to achieve electrical connection, usually applied in the manufacture of automotive wire harnesses, electronic components and other products.

7. Printing machine: used to print logos, words, patterns and other information on the surface of the wire or cable for identification and management.

8. Electrothermal stripping machine: Using the principle of electric heat to soften the insulating material of the wire by heating it, and then using a knife or pliers to strip it, usually applied to thicker wires and cables.

9. CNC wire stripping machine: Precisely control the depth and position of wire stripping by computer control system to achieve efficient and accurate wire stripping operation.

Different types of wire machines differ in processing methods, processing materials, production efficiency, etc. People choose the appropriate product to choose.
